I was born in South Korea and moved to the Gold Coast, Australia when I was 11 years old. I speak fluent Korean and English. After graduating from Queensland Academy for Health Science, I went to Griffith University where I have studied Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and Graduate Diploma of Dentistry.

I loved growing up on the Gold Coast with the amazing scenery, people and the weather, as summer is my favourite season of the year.

As a dentist my ultimate goal is to provide my patients an exceptional experience where every patient feels at ease and cared for. I take great pleasure in meeting new people – especially the little ones. It is incredibly rewarding to watch kids wanting to come back to the dental clinic and get excited to see me again.

As a child I have had several unhappy experiences of dentists, so I can truly relate to other people’s fear and nervousness.

“Becoming a dentist myself has made me determined to develop an approach that is sensitive to patients’ concerns and considerate of their comfort at all times.”

I also thoroughly enjoy learning new skills and adapting to the ever-growing technology to be able to deliver outstanding treatments. I am also highly passionate about the aesthetic aspect of dentistry, bringing a new smile to my patients.

When I am not at work I like to spend my time with my friends and family, play piano and travel around the world to experience different cultures.
